Glenn Tatangelo

Glenn has been developing luxury real estate for over 30 years, including master planned communities involving a marina, hotels, single family and multi family homes. He has received design awards for his communities including “Builder of the Year” award from the Homebuilders Association. He is an active Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity.

Rob Fried

Rob is a Senior Client Advisor at Bridgewater Associates, a global asset management firm. He is active in non-profit work as the founding director of Band Together, a musical charity organization that has raised over $1,000,000 for local charities. He has served on the Connecticut State Advisory to the US Commission on Civil Rights. He has a BS and MBA in Finance.

Gary Tatangelo

Managing Director
With 25+ years experience as a California contractor, Gary arrived in Rincon in Sept. 2013 to assist his brother Glenn , and his partner Rob, in an extensive remodel and restoration of Casa Hines.

Having a passion for elegant craftsmanship and an eye for detail, Gary took great honor in bringing this magnificent home to the polished state that it is in today.

During this time, Gary embraced the wonderful laid back lifestyle that Rincon has to offer. Enjoying the beautiful beaches, world class surfing , paddle boarding , scuba, snorkeling, fishing along with the numerous yoga styles offered and the perfect environment for meditation. He chose to settle into Rincon. Thus, leaving behind the stressed and hustled life he led in Ca.

Gary now oversees with great pride, as Managing Director, the booking of weddings, corporate events, family gatherings and yoga retreats along with the daily maintenance and upkeep of this beautiful ocean front Caribbean property.

Julie Pepin

Director of Rental Operations and Accounting

Julie joined the Casa Hines team in 2010, managing rentals and accounting. A huge beach enthusiast, Julie loves every opportunity for fun and relaxation offered by Rincon, and has been visiting the beach town for many years. After years of studying the language, Julie is fluent in Spanish.  She served as President of the National Hispanic Honor Society during high school and college, and holds a Master’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature.  Julie is an organized and efficient member of the Casa Hines team, and in her spare time, loves to cook with her daughters. Julie is a Connecticut native and current resident, with her husband and three daughters.
